To book a Reiki, Akashic Record or Mediumship session, you must first complete a Free Virtual Consultation. If after completing the consult you and Bridgette decide to move forward, she will email you the private booking link and directions to her space.

Reiki, Mediumship and Akashic Record readings are currently only offered in person.

Seership and Custom Meditation sessions (card readings) are available both live online and in person as well as pre-recorded.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that restores balance and harmony.

I practice Usui Reiki using the chakra system to clear energetic blockages and promote relaxation. The Usui Reiki I practice I learnt through formal classes with my Reiki Master teacher. I have gained certifications for in Level 1 and 2 and am formally certified by the Canadian Reiki Association as a Reiki Practitioner. I am also fortunate to be a fourth-generation healer and have learnt a lot through my lineage of those before me.

In basic terms, our bodies have 7 energy centers called “chakras”. Chakras are energy centers in the body that are thought to be spinning wheels or discs where life energy flows. The word "chakra" comes from the Sanskrit word cakra, which means "wheel" or "cycle."

When your chakras are in alignment, all of these spinning wheels are essentially rotating in harmony. This allows life energy to move through them and out of them.

Chakras can fall out of balance through various factors such as stress of difficult life events, which can create blockages or stagnation in your ch,i making it difficult to bring in new energy and move out the old. This sometimes can result in having a hard time feeling inspired, increased stress, feeling ungrounded, and more.

In Reiki, we scan through your chakras to understand what the current alignments are and send light energy in to rebalance each one individually to bring harmony back in across all 7.

To do so, I hover above (not touching) each of the energy centers and imbue the sacred Reiki symbols that have been passed onto me through attunements in my training. Then I channel divine light and guide you to connect with your breath to rebalance them.

After the session, we sit down and discuss your experience and anything that may have come up to support you in your integration of the session.

Seership is the art of channeling divine wisdom to illuminate your path. Through intuitive readings with either tarot, oracle, or channeled messages, I provide clarity and guidance tailored to your unique journey. As a Clairvoyant and Clairaudient seer, I can channel images and spoken messages from your higher self and passed loved ones on the other side.

I am fortunate to be of a long line of seers going 4 generations back (that we know of) and have been channeling since I was a young girl.

This said, I do not work with magik, black magic, witchcraft, or anything of the dark arts.

Seership and mediumship sessions are facilitated and charged separately from reiki sessions, they can be stacked so that you can do both in the same visit to my location.

Your card details are gathered upon booking. After the service is completed you’ll receive an invoice to pay which you can use those payment details toward. You are also welcome to use cash for in person if that’s easier for you. If you’ve been given a coupon code, you’ll be prompted to enter this in prior to completing your booking.

I do for seership sessions such as tarot & oracle readings either live online or in person or pre-recorded.

I can also create custom channeled artwork and downloadable guided meditations for couples.

I do not perform reiki healing on couples at this time. You are welcome to refer your significant other however the details of their session will be kept confidential.
