Bridgette’s Story
Raised in ritual, grounded in pattern, fluent in meaning making
I come from four generations of women (that we know of) who worked with energy healing, dreams, and divination in different ways. My mother is a Reiki Master as well as a yoga and meditation teacher. I grew up surrounded by tea leaf readings, lucid dreaming, and spiritual rituals that were passed down like recipes. On my father’s side, I learned to connect to the divine through mysticism, ancient art, and poetry. We would sit together, pulling verses from Hafiz, and explore the meaning they held for whatever we were facing. That blend of mysticism, visual language, and connecting clues beyond the surface shaped how I make sense of the world.
From an early age, I found myself decoding symbols and noticing patterns—in artwork, in people, and in the stories we tell ourselves. It’s what led me to tarot, where I discovered a tool that helped me name and understand things I already sensed. It wasn’t about prediction; it was about orientation, context, and choice.
Alongside that intuitive side, I’ve always been drawn to structure, detail, and systems. I’m a triple Virgo, which tells you a lot. I earned my undergraduate degree in Business and Digital Arts and spent time studying Buddhist Psychology and Art History at the University of Hong Kong. I went on to complete a Master of Design specialized in Strategic Foresight, where I explored topics like visual semiotics and systems design grounded in DEI. Over the past decade, I’ve built a career as an educator, designer, inclusion specialist and business strategist. Visual language has always helped me simplify complexity, and I’ve used it to translate chaos into clarity for clients and communities alike.
That same skill carries through to my healing and intuitive work. Whether I’m channeling an Akashic reading, developing a guided meditation, or building a course for a mission-driven creator, I bring a blend of clarity, sensitivity, and respect for pace. Consent is at the core of everything I offer. The spiritual work I do is grounded, intentional, and always centered on the person in front of me. My name, Bridgette, was chosen with purpose. Inspired by the Star card in the tarot—symbolizing the bridge between the ethereal and the material, the known and the unknown—it reflects my path as an integrator and wayfinder. I’m here to help others navigate that space in between with care, clarity, and grounded insight.
Akashic Daughter
Significance of the Veil:
In many spiritual traditions, “the veil” symbolizes the thin boundary between the seen and unseen worlds—the liminal space where intuition, ancestral wisdom, and divine guidance flow freely. To journey beyond the veil is to remember what the soul already knows, to listen with the heart, and to walk with one foot in the physical realm and the other in the spiritual.
Akashic Daughter Name:
The name Akashic Daughter honors the sacred lineage of gifts passed down through the maternal line—from mother to daughter, generation after generation. In Sanskrit, Akasha means “spirit of the sky” or “ether,” the vast and eternal field from which all creation arises. To be the daughter of Akasha is to be a child of the sky, of the universe itself—a reminder that this birthright belongs to us all.
Through this name and motif, I seek to carry forward not only my own training and abilities, but also the wisdom of those who came before me, offering it as a bridge for others seeking their own connection beyond the veil.
